📦 Shipping Policy – SK-Medical Online Shop (Philippines)

Thank you for shopping with SK-Medical Inc. We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship nationwide across the Philippines through our trusted logistics partner J&T Express.
Deliveries to remote or out-of-delivery areas (ODAs) may require additional time or fees as per courier policies.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Processing time does not include courier transit time.
3. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, logistics restrictions, public holidays, or courier issues beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions displayed at checkout.
5. Risk of Loss & Liability
Once your package has been handed over to J&T Express, ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer.
We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier service. However, we will assist you in coordinating with J&T Express for claims or investigations.
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery. If it appears damaged, refuse to accept it and inform the courier to mark it as “REJECTED DUE TO DAMAGE.”
6. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. We are not liable for:
- Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
- Additional shipping fees from re-shipping
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer must shoulder the cost of re-delivery.
7. Undelivered or Lost Parcels
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the parcel, contact J&T Express and our support team within 48 hours.
All lost parcel claims must be made within 7 days of the reported delivery date.
8. Shipment Tracking
You may track your parcel directly on www.jtexpress.ph/track using your tracking number.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos or videos of the package.
Items reported after 24 hours may no longer be eligible for claims.
10. Force Majeure
SK-Medical Inc. is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or courier operational issues.
