This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through SK-Medical Online Shop, including our official website and partner platforms (e.g., Lazada, TikTok, etc.).

1. General Policy

All items are carefully inspected, securely packed, and sealed before shipment. To maintain product quality and safety, returns and refunds are strictly limited and allowed only under the specific conditions listed below.

2. No Return for Opened or Used Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted if:

  • The package or product has been opened, unsealed, used, or tested.
  • The product shows signs of customer mishandling or damage.
  • The product or packaging is not in its original condition.

Once a package is opened, it is automatically considered accepted and non-returnable.

3. Acceptable Reasons for Return or Replacement

Returns will be accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item received damaged or leaking upon delivery
  • Product proven defective due to manufacturing fault

Proof Required: Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing:

  • The parcel before opening
  • The shipping label
  • The defect or issue

All proof must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt. Claims submitted beyond this period will not be accepted.

4. Return & Replacement Process

  1. Contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Wait for approval before returning any item.
  3. Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days.
  4. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  5. Return shipping costs are shouldered by the buyer unless the error is ours.

5. Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed only when:

  • The returned item is verified as unused and sealed, or
  • The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days through the same payment method used for purchase.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or damaged products
  • Free samples, promotional bundles, or discounted items
  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods (lotions, sprays, creams, liquids)
