Founder Klaus Huber served as an Air Force paramedic and later established ORMEMS — the only licensed emergency medical service on Mindoro — providing frontline care where every second matters.

As a lifelong diver and instructor, he also witnessed how common issues like ear discomfort, marine stings, sun exposure, and equipment wear can affect even the best dive experiences.
